How much do you charge for shipping?
Due to the recent global increase in logistics costs, we now charge a small fee for shipping.
$5 for orders $1 - $120
$10 for orders $121 - $299
$15 for orders $300 - $499
$20 for orders $500 - $899
FREE for orders over $900

 

Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the USA.

 

When will I get my order?
Our fulfillment center moves quickly and your order begins processing the moment you place it. Orders placed with our free standard shipping should arrive 7-10 business days after the order date. 

 

NOTE: This holiday season experts are predicting record online order volume as well as shipping delays due to worldwide supply chain disruptions. We will process all orders as quickly as possible, and we will provide tracking information and delivery status updates from the time your order leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot control transit times once your order ships.

How do I check the status of my order?

Within 2-3 days of placing your order, you should receive an email including your tracking number and a link to the selected carrier site.

If you did not receive this e-mail, please check your spam folder.

The easiest way to keep track of your orders is to sign up for an account. When you log into your account, you can view all pending and past orders. 

 

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, contact us as at hello@fixlienes.com soon as possible. Our fulfillment center moves quickly and your order begins processing the moment you place it. This means there is a very short window to cancel or change your order but we will always do our best to help.
