Where are your products made?
FIX Linens are made in India and Pakistan.
Are your products OEKO-TEX® Certified?
Yes. OEKO-TEX® certified textiles and fabrics are made safely without any harmful chemicals or synthetics.
What are the care instructions for my FIX linens?
We recommend machine washing warm and tumble dry low for all FIX linens. Nonchlorine bleach only. For best results, remove linens promptly from the dryer.
Zip your duvet cover before washing for easy assembly and storage.
To release wrinkles, skip the iron and lightly spray your duvet cover with clean water from a spray bottle, letting it dry naturally on the bed.
Are FIX linens wrinkle-free?
FIX linens are made from 100% long-staple cotton, sateen weave. We do not use any chemical processes in the manufacturing of our products and have chosen sateen weave for its natural wrinkle-resistant properties. For best results, remove linens promptly from the dryer. For the best wrinkle control, lightly spray your sheets and duvet cover with clean water from a spray bottle and let them dry naturally on the bed.

How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel or change your order, contact us at hello@fixlinens.com as soon as possible. Our fulfillment center moves quickly, and your order begins processing the moment you place it. This means there is a very short window to cancel or change your order, but we will always do our best to help.
How do I check the status of my order?
Within 2-3 days of placing your order, you should receive an email including your tracking number and a link to the selected carrier site.
If you did not receive this e-mail, please check your spam folder.
The easiest way to keep track of your orders is to sign up for an account. When you log into your account, you can view all pending and past orders.

Shipping
When will I get my order?
Our fulfillment center moves quickly and your order begins processing the moment you place it. Orders placed with our free standard shipping should arrive 7-10 business days after the order date.
Note: We will process all orders as quickly as possible, and we will provide tracking information and delivery status updates from the time your order leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot control transit times once your order ships.
How much do you charge for shipping?
$5 for orders 1 lb - 9 lb
$12 for orders 10 lb - 14 lb
$18 for orders 15 lb - 24 lb
$22 for orders 25 lb - 39 lb
$28 for orders 40 lb - 59 lb
$32 for orders 60 lb and up

Returns
What is your return policy?
Full-price items can be returned within 30 days of the original order date.
Open-stock items (items sold on the site with the title open-stock) are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping. We do however, provide you with shipping labels, which we purchase for a significant discount. Once your items are processed, the cost of the return shipping is deducted from your credit.
