Return policy
We stand by the quality of our products and want you to love them as much as we do. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the items.
Please see the details below regarding multiple items opened/removed from their original packaging.
Returns
Unopened items
If your items are still in their original packaging, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Opened items
We want you to love your FIX Linens products. You’re welcome to try them out—one opened item per size can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. For any additional opened items of the same size, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within seven days of delivery. We’d love the opportunity to make things right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept items that have been stained or damaged due to customer use.
Items with the title OPEN STOCK
Open-stock items are final sale and may not be returned for a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item once your return request is accepted.
Return lables
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and an estimate of the return shipping cost. We create discounted shipping labels via USPS. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can not accept items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method minus the return shipping cost and any volume discount adjustments. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
