Return policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love them as much as we do. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items. Please review our return policy below before submitting your return request.
Return window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of order delivery.
Unopened items
Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of order delivery.
Multiple Opened Items / Restocking Fee
We want you to love your FIX Linens products! You may open, launder, and try out one item per size and type and still return it for a refund within 30 days.
For any additional opened items of the same size and type, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items that are stained, damaged, or show signs of customer-caused wear are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Labels
Once your return is approved, a link to your printable return label(s) will be provided.
Return Shipping Fee
An 18% return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund based on the value of the returned item(s).
Volume Discount Adjustments
If returning items causes your order to fall below the original volume discount tier, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the discount your remaining order qualifies for based on the new order total.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the return shipping fee, any volume discount adjustments, and any applicable restocking fees.
You will be notified via email once your refund is complete.
Items with the title OPEN STOCK
Items with OPEN STOCK in the product title are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item once your return request is accepted.
