We stand by the quality of our products and want you to love them as much as we do.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the items. Please see the details below regarding multiple items opened/removed from their original packaging.

Returns

Unopened items

All items still in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Opened items

To allow customers to try our products, we allow one open item of each size to be returned for a full refund if returned within 30 days. We will charge a 15% restocking fee for any duplicate-sized opened items returned within 30 days.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within seven days of delivery. We’d love the opportunity to make things right. 

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept items that have been stained or damaged due to customer use. 

Items with the title  OPEN STOCK

Open-stock items are final sale and may not be returned for a refund.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item once your return request is accepted. 

Return lables

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and an estimate of the return shipping cost. We create discounted shipping labels via USPS. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can not accept items sent back without prior approval. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method minus the return shipping cost and any volume discount adjustments. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
