FIX Linens are made in Pakistan. The cotton used to make our products is also grown in Pakistan.
Are your products OEKO-TEX Certified?
Yes. OEKO-TEX certified textiles and fabrics are made safely without any harmful chemicals or synthetics. Learn more here.
Are your products organic?
We are constantly working to improve our products and practices to become more and more environmentally kind. We hope to soon add organic certification to our products. In the meantime, we are proud to say we are OEKO-TEX certified. We do not use any harmful substances or harsh chemical additives in the production of our products. What are the care instructions for my FIX linens?
We recommend machine wash warm, tumble dry low for all FIX linens. Non chlorine bleach only. For best results, remove linens promptly from the dryer. For more detailed care information, see our product fact sheets:

Are FIX linens wrinkle-free?
FIX linens are made from 100% cotton-sateen weave. We do not use any chemical processes in the manufacturing of our products and have chosen sateen weave for its natural wrinkle-resistant properties. For best results, remove linens promptly from the dryer. For more wrinkle control, lightly spray your sheets and duvet cover with clean water from a spray bottle and let them dry naturally on the bed.
Do you only sell white sheets?
FIX was born out of our founder’s quest for the perfect set of white sheets. At FIX, we’re all about durable, high-quality basics. Our linens are designed to be the very best for short-term rental hosts. Because white is the color of choice for rental properties, that is what we are focused on. How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, contact us as at firstname.lastname@example.org soon as possible. Our fulfillment center moves quickly and your order begins processing the moment you place it. This means there is a very short window to cancel or change your order but we will always do our best to help.
How do I check the status of my order?
Within 2-3 days of placing your order, you should receive an email including your tracking number. If you did not receive this e-mail, please check your spam folder.
The easiest way to keep track of your orders is to sign up for an account. When you log into your account, you can view all pending and past orders.
NOTE: Due to Covid-19 logistical delays, it can sometimes take longer for your tracking number to be generated. However, your order should still arrive within 7-10 business days of your order date.
